Comments, Compliments and Complaints

We welcome your feedback about our website, but also about Voluntary Action Charnwood and John Storer House in general including all our activities and services. We would be interested to read about your comments, compliments or complaints and look forward to hearing from you.

If you make a complaint the appropriate manager will aim to respond to you within 7 working days, explaining our complaints procedure and how they are going to proceed. This may involve asking you for more details about the circumstances of your complaint.

If you are still not satisfied with the way your complaint has been dealt with you can contact our Chief Executive or the Chairperson of the Joint Board of Trustees.
