The Forum is open to individual volunteers and representatives of agencies/organisations from the voluntary and statutory sector. It is an opportunity for people to come together to share information, co-ordinate services and share good practice. The meetings are held quarterly. Charnwood Carers Forum

Charnwood Disability Forum
Charnwood Disability Forum is for anyone interested in disability issues, and positively encourages participation from the voluntary, statutory, health and not-for-profit organisations. Charnwood Early Years Forum
Charnwood Early Years Forum is for people working with or for children and families within the district, whether from a statutory, voluntary or private sector to promote education, training and information sharing. Charnwood Mental Health Forum
Charnwood Mental Health Forum is open to representatives of organisations and individuals. It exists to promote awareness of good mental health practice, acknowledging the importance of good mental health for everyone’s wellbeing and happiness. Charnwood Together, Charnwood's Local Strategic Partnership
"Charnwood Together", the Local Strategic Partnership for Charnwood is a voluntary, non-executive partnership. It brings together the local authorities (elected members and officers), public service providers and statutory agencies, businesses, voluntary organisations and the local community, with the aim of improving public services and promoting the economic, social and environmental well-being of the Borough. It is open to all groups and organisations in Charnwood.
Charnwood Youth Forum
Provides a forum for young people to represent their views and concerns to Charnwood Borough Council (CBC) and to provide an forum for CBC to seek the views of young people in the Borough. There is also the opportunity for young people from the forum to represent the views of Charnwood young people on the County Youth Council (CYCLe). It is open to young people aged 12-21 years. Six meetings are held per year at various venues across the Borough. Leicestershire CareOnLine is a multi-agency project supported by Social Services and the Leicester Shire Partnership, consisting of representatives from social services, health, district councils, the voluntary sector and users. It provides information for older and disabled people and carers. LINk stands for Local Involvement Network. This is a national initiative and there is a LINk in every local authority area. The LINk is a way of giving people the power to improve the health and social care services around them. People’s Forum
The People’s Forum is an independent organisation which exists to give mental health service users a voice in mental health care provision and to ensure that their opinions bring about positive change. The People’s Forum is open to all who have experienced mental ill health and are current or past service users. Members must live in the county of Leicestershire or Rutland. Rural Transport Partnership
Rural Transport Partnership works with rural communities to identify specific transport needs. It designs and develops appropriate, sustainable services, subject to securing funding. The Partnership compromises representatives from district councils, rural communities, Leicestershire County Council, community transport groups, Countryside Agency.
