Please find above our latest Services and Activities Leaflet for John Storer House which aims to give a flavour of the many activities which take place daily and the groups that meet regularly in JSH, but also the services which are available in the House including Catering.
John Storer House is a fully-accessible community centre, serving the communities of Charnwood. It is the base for Voluntary Action Charnwood and a number of independent voluntary organisations, and offers:
- A Tea Bar serving hot and cold snacks and drinks is open 9.00am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday and 9.00am - 12noon on Saturday. Hot lunches are served weekdays from 12 noon to 1.30pm, and are £3.80 for Friends of JSH and £4.00 for non-members.
- Meeting rooms to hire
- In-house catering for meetings and events
- Regular weekly activities from card-games, discussions, through to keep-fit, tea dances and line dancing
- A wheelchair-loan scheme.
