• Is your group or organisation formally set up?
• Does it have a name?
• Does it have constitution?
• Are you clear about what you intend to achieve?
• Does it have a committee?
• Does it have a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer?
• Does it have a Bank Account?
• Is your group/organisation a registered as a Charity? Do you need to be?
