NCVO's Sustainable Funding Project (SFP) has embarked upon a new three-year programme. Supported by the Big Lottery Fund, a key strand of this work will be to increase the capacity and capability of infrastructure agencies by providing them with tools and resources to support frontline organisations develop their financial sustainability. SFP will offer:
a tailored package of training and support
a free monthly electronic newsletter
a dedicated section on the sustainable funding website
availability of keynote speakers and workshop facilitators on sustainable funding for local events
The project is also aiming to work in greater depth with 15 infrastructure agencies that are interested in hosting a number of Sustainable Funding Project workshops over a 12-18 month period, and have the capacity to share their learning across the voluntary and community sector at regional or sub-regional level.
