ADP Projects (UK) Ltd are a design, space planning and project management company who are working with Third Sector organisations to help deliver the best possible facilities to charitable, not for profit organisations, communities and social inclusion projects. International Development Secretary Douglas Alexander has announced a new global volunteering scheme for 18 to 25-year-olds. Platform2 will offer young adults from less advantaged backgrounds the opportunity to live, work and learn about life in poorer countries. Over the next three years 2,500 young adults will be sponsored to do voluntary work in a developing country and raise awareness of development issues in the UK.
